Hyndland RFC vs Leith Rugby: 3pm KO at Scotstoun Stadium, Glasgow.

Tomorrow sees Leith make the trip to Glasgow for our second warm-up game of the new season to face Hyndland RFC in a game at the Scotstoun Stadium complex, where Glasgow Warriors also play their home games.

Hyndland, coached by Alex Mack finished 2nd in West Division 4 last season, just behind rivals Millbrae, with fly-half Tony Smith leading the way with 140 points. They are on good form at the moment, winning their pool at last week's Clydebank 10s tournament, before losing narrowly to the hosts, and eventual winners, Clydebank.

The link between the two clubs was made with their accepting an invitation to play at the Leith 7s in April where they performed very well, and were harshly robbed of a place in the Shield final when the score in their final pool game was incorrectly recorded by the match referee. We hope this hasn't put them off returning in 2015, and we look forward to the trip through to face them and to the continued relationship between the two clubs.

If anyone is planning to make the trip through to Glasgow to cheer on the Leithers, you can find details for the Sat-Nav here.

Leith start as follows:

15 Kenny Dannfald (v.capt), 14 Ross Marwick, 13 Craig Smith, 12 Ben Wilkinson, 11 Ross Kilgour, 10 Blair Skipper, 9 Doug Watters;

1 Willie Cook, 2 Sam Hall, 3 Rich Hastings, 4 Kyle Gow, 5 Andy McIntosh, 6 Chris Bobby, 7 Greg Hancock, 8 Mark Phillips (capt).

16 Jamie Martin, 17 Thomas Lawrie, 18 Robert Stitt, 19 Craig Davitt, 20 David Meadows, 21 Andy Morgan, 22 Steven Eadie.

Come on Leith!
