New Arrival
Now when the onlookers at Academy Park shout “Hey Granddad get yer eyes tested” they will actually be correct on both counts.
1 Phil Boubert is blind and 2. Phil Boubert is in fact a Granddad. As off yesterday evening when his oldest (hope she doesn’t beat me up for saying so) daughter Danielle gave birth to a wee lassie called Eva, Claire who weighed in at a respectable and healthy 7lb 12 ounces.
All of Leith would like to wish mother and baby well and we all look forward to Granddad Phil splashing out the Champagne in celebration (venue and date/millennium to be announced).
Lastly, I would like to refute the claims that Marjorie (Granny) Boubert is now sporting a blue rinse in celebration of becoming a Granny.

I couldnt afford him anyway and no doubt the prices will go up now that he has grand kids to pay for............................
