A carnival of Rugby ends Ilkley's unbroken run
Leos 4's took the train to Ilkley with a combination of strongmen, clowns, human cannonballs and of course a bear on a trike!
in foul conditions, driving rain and a howling wind the Leos stalwarts huddled inside whilst the army of fit young Ilkley players trained and warmed up ..... things didn't look good. This Ilkley 3rd team has been unbeaten all season, and although Leos 4ths had had some recent successes we aren't the cohesive unit we once were, with the lack of players this season.
I'll leave the full match report to Scotty's elegant penmanship - but it was a great game of rugby in challenging conditions ending in a 12-0 win to Leos.
