Success at the Legends 1st Summer Camp
We even threw in a free tan to go along side a great week of Rugby.
Letchworth hosted their 1st very own summer camp last week and all involved gained a lot from it. The week was a very hot one with the children slapping on the sun cream and drinking plenty of water.
Durning the week, the children worked on their core skills of passing kicking and tackling. They also experienced SAQ and played lots of games mixing with other age groups and interacted with 1st team players. They also got to watch and anaylse 1st team matches and also learn about nutrition to help them grow to be strong and healthy.
I would like to thank all the parents for supporting us and sending your children but also thank the coaches that were inspirational, Nick Padgett 1st team coach who brought his background of martial arts and mental strength, a great addition to the senior set up. Henry Robinson 1st team player who lit up the coaching style like he does on the pitch. Tom Ansell again 1st team player and who is studying coaching at Bedford Uni and lastly Ben Doughty who has come across from Shelford colts to prove himself a future Legend down at the ever growing Legends Lane.
