Injury Update.

Unfortunately we have some bad news to report on the back of our fine 2-0 away win at Wantage Town Reserves. Andy Goodchild has sustained a Broken wrist (Scaphoid Fracture) and is set for a spell on the side lines.

Andy has told the website that he will find out more details about how long he is likely to be out for on Monday of next week. He has estimated somewhere between 6-12 weeks but that would potentially be extended if he requires any surgery.

We wish Goody all the best and look forward to seeing him back in a Letcombe shirt sooner rather than later. He was our Player of the Season last year and has already impressed, in particular playing up front, in the opening stages of this campaign.

In more positive news, Dan Hoskin is back running and took part in a training game last Wednesday. The initial prognosis on his ankle injury appears to have been over cautious and he is getting closer to a return. We will have more news on Hoskin when we preview the Didcot Town Reserves match on the website, tomorrow.
