We hear from a Letcombe legend!

Every Monday and Wednesday on the Official Letcombe website we Introduce another member of our squad. This feature is proving so popular, everyone is copying it! Tonight, we hear from a one club man who did his best to be serious when we asked him some questions...

Adam Claydon has played for Letcombe for all of his senior football career and claims to know every bump, nook and cranny in the Bassett Road pitch. His experience makes him an important member of the squad and his form so far this season has been superb.

He describes himself as being able to play in every position on the pitch and he given it a good go already this year. He started the season by playing in goal against New College, played centre back against Hook Norton and then anchored the midfield against Lydney and Wantage.

In those last two games Adam dominated the middle of the park, winning tackles and rarely wasting the ball. If he keeps up that level of performance he will be impossible to leave out.

Adam is a former club captain and often lends a hand during training. We suggest you pour a drink and make sure you are sitting comfortably as we Introduce Adam Claydon...
