Club AGM Moved - Monday Feb 27th 2012
The clubs annual AGM has been moved forward from its traditional June date to run inline with the move to summer rugby and will now be held at [b]7.30pm on Monday Feb 27th[/b].
The clubs annual AGM has been moved forward from its traditional June date to run inline with the move to summer rugby and will now be held at 7.30pm on Monday Feb 27th. The venue will be confirmed over the coming days. All committee posts will be up for re-election and include:
Chair
Secretary
Open Age Secretary
Coach and Player Development Co-ordinator
Treasurer
Club Welfare Officer
Media Officer
Volunteer Co-ordinator
Merchandise Officer
Local Authority Liaison Officer (Proposed New Position)
Nominees for these positions, including those from current incumbents wishing to stand again, should be sent to Lee Scanlan (lee@leylandwarriors.co.uk) by no later than Saturday 24th Feb.
The agenda for the meeting will be published on Wednesday 21st Feb so if any club member would like to add an item to the agenda for discussion please can you let Lee know by Monday 19th Feb.
