Lincoln United supporter and General Purposes Committee member, Dan Jackson spent one of the hottest days of the year walking from Boston to Lincoln.

On the day of the Lincolnshire Senior Shield game he walked from York Street to Ashby Avenue to raise funds for the Whites.

He got to the game just before kick off looking pretty exhausted and with two sore feet.

He raised just short of £250 and with a few quid still to come might yet increase that figure.

Well done Dan and a big thank you from all at Lincoln United.
