Another magnificent display saw the Whites gain three more valauble points. The Gaffer explains how victory was achieved at Market Drayton.

I am absolutely delighted with the performance and result on Saturday.

It was as dominant as we have been all season. We passed the ball well and stamped our authority on the game from minute one.

Market Drayton is always a tough place to go and with them in and around us in the table, we wanted to focus on getting the three points.

We also spoke about the need to back up Tuesday's win at Sheffield. Back-to-back wins are really massive in this league.

If I look back at the last five or six games we have played at levels where all 11 players are seven out of 10.

We have worked really hard but results haven't matched our performances. For the players to keep believing in our philosophy is credit to them and goes to show that on our day we are a match for anyone.

We are not getting carried away by the last two results by any stretch of the imagination but I do believe this group is capable of going on a run.

We spoke at length after the narrow defeat to Sutton about the start we had made and decided to make one or two changes to the squad and freshen it up.

We let Glynn go to Belper and replaced him with Josh Nicol from Brigg, a player I have hunted down since I took over as Manager.

He is young and hungry and a real team player who can play anywhere across the front four. His physicality matches what you need at Evo-Stik level. Josh looked bright coming on as sub on Saturday and looks a real prospect.

We also drew a line under the first seven league games which was needed in terms of results. There are 35 league games and 105 points to play for .That's a lot of football and we want to try and kick on and collect as many points as we can.

We have got back to back wins since we drew that line and that's all down to the players' hard work and spirit.
