Manager Sam Wilkinson had mixed feelings about a good away point at Wisbech Town.

He said:

"Obviously after being 2-0 up you are disappointed to draw 2-2 particularly as the equaliser was the kindest penalty award ever."

He added:

"But when you consider we had five "missing", Grimes, Matthews, Norris, Wright and Cotton, you have to say well done to the lads. We played some excellent stuff for half an hour and tensed up a bit, our desire to win almost works against us. Overall I have to say it was fantastic commitment from the lads some of the driving for 3 hours straight from work to be there on time."

Looking forward to the Loughborough game on Saturday, the Manager hopes to have at least three of his absentees back. Matt Cotton, Scott Matthews and Rob Norris.

Paul Grimes, however is out for 5-6 weeks with a broken bone in his foot, which he did against Belper and played with the injury for two games. Sean Wright is about 2 weeks away hopefully less.

Wilkinson summarised by adding, "We have to take the positives and the main one is this is the best start we have made for a long time, certainly in the six years I have been involved in the Management. Of course it could have been better but in Football you always have to look forward, not back."
