Applicants should have wide experience at this level or above, or have an exceptional proven record at a lower level and looking to step up. Reporting to the Chairman, and working closely with the Director of Football, the successful applicant will have specific responsibility for the First Team and overall responsibility for other teams at the Club.

You will be capable of working within a limited financial regime to assemble and develop a squad capable of achieving steady improvement on a season-by-season basis. Lincoln United is a Community club and you will be encouraged to strengthen links between the team and young people in the Lincoln area through its 'Kids in the Community' sports programme.
