MORE POSTPONEMENTS FOR EVO-STIK LEAGUE

The midweek fixture list was fully postponed after today's Division One North game at Wakefield became the latest victim of the arctic weather.

The league lost all but two fixtures last weekend and every midweek game scheduled, league and Cup fell foul of the arctic conditions.

The forecast for the weekend looks a little bleak after reports suggested we might get a thaw.

As the snow came earlier last year we were all beginning to think it is nearly spring.

Some of us remember snow on Good Friday, let's hope this week sees an end to it.

United are scheduled to visit Quorn on Saturday whilst Ashby Avenue id due to host the Lincolnshire League v Cheshire League FA Inter-League Quarter-Final.

That game is subject to a pitch inspection, initially 4pm on Friday when a decision might be to re-inspect the next morning depending on severity of the conditions.

Please check before travelling to any game. This website will keep you abreast of games on or off.
