Sun-hat started their three-year Stadium sponsorship deal in 2014 and this has provided a substantial annual income for the Club since then as it strives to win promotion and improve its facilities.

Founded in 2001 by experienced travel professional (and keen Whites’ supporter), Peter Jenkins, Sun-hat have a range of exclusive villas, spectacular modern properties and ‘romantic bolt-holes’. Based in Lincoln, Peter and the Sun-hat team have a combined experience of over 200 years in the travel industry and provide a first-class tailored service for their customers.

His work takes Peter out of the country for much of the football season but he stays in touch with the Whites’ results through Twitter and attends as many games as he can when he is in Lincoln, along with his trusty group of United supporters.

United chairman, Ian Beaumont, underlines just how important people like Peter and sponsorships like that provided by Sun-hat are to the Whites’ continuing development.

Regrettably, his business commitments meant he could not continue with the Committee but his company’s long-term sponsorship and his personal support of the Club have been a great asset to us. We need more people like Peter involved with Lincoln United and that will be a main feature of my chairmanship moving forward.”
