Lismore Rugby Football Club

The basic course required by all those coaching rugby in Scotland will be delivered on 12th August and is available to all of those who will definitely be coaching this coming season and also to all of those who might be interested in coaching or want to learn more about it.

The course provides an excellent base understanding of some of the major facets of the game and also looks at specific areas where safety is an important factor.

The course will last two hours.
