PPR's for the Minis
Player Progress Reports will be offered to the Minis...
At Lismore we are going to be offering Player Progress Reports to all our Minis. This is following on from the recent Mini Coaching Conference and Coaching Children workshops organised by the SRU and is developed in line with their Long Term Player Development Plan. This will allow players and their parents to see the progress that they are making and it will also be used by the coaching team to see what areas of the game need worked on.
There will be no cost to the programme and parents can have as much or as little input into the programme as they want. We hope that this will provide a more personal approach to our players and will also help them have targets to work towards.
