Esteban Lozada gives Lismore School of Rugby Thumbs Up

On Wednesday 4th May Lismore Rugby Club had a very important visitor, Esteban Lozada, the Edinburgh and Argentinean International.
Esteban joined us at Lismore to present the new strips to players attending the School of Rugby at Inch Park.

I had the opportunity to have a talk with Esteban and see what he thinks about the efforts and contributions made by the guys at Inch Park Community Sports Club and this is what he told me.

“I think it’s great that kids can come to a place like this and develop their skills and make friends, also it’s better to start young.”

What would you say to kids who are unsure about coming down to the School of Rugby?
“You will love it for sure, it’s so much fun, everyone should at least try it.”

How did you get started playing rugby?
“My father took me to our local club aged just 5 and I made friends from the first day and have enjoyed it ever since.”

Do you feel that the school of rugby benefits the local community?
“Completely, sure it is very important to things in groups and to have a centre like this is a great place to start.”
