Lismore Seminar - The Future
Thursday 22 March 2012 - Starting at 6.30pm
We are now holding the proposed seminar on Thursday 22 March.
This seminar is for all those concerned with Lismore to come along and discuss where we are and where we are going. The timetable of events is as below:

6.15 Arrival
6.30 Welcome and brief outline of meeting
6.45 Where are we now and how we got here
7.00 The current DRAFT strategic plan
7.15 The non rugby elements, club structure, facilities
7.30 – 8.45 WORKSHOPS
- to give basis for adding info to DRAFT plan, and suggest changes
- we’ll split into 4 or more groups and spend about 15/20 minutes in each area, please be prepared to input your views

8.45 – 9.00 Wrap up, Key points from Workshops, and next stages
