Pre Season Training for Seniors - Tuesday & Thurdays

Its back!! That time of year that the backs seem to love and forwards hate...pre-season training!!

Coaches Richard Rawlinson and Mickey Howard with captain Mark Murgatroyd have announced that pre season training is Tuesday & Thursday Evenings. With what is set to be a close and vitally important season for Littleborough, who are looking to bounce back from last seasons relegation woes, this seasons pre season is of paramount importance. Coach Richard Rawlinson has been working very hard in the close season to plan and prepare interesting yet demanding sessions for all the players. With this in mind he has asked for the following links to be put up so that players can also prepare in their own time if they so wish (which he says you all do!).

Each one is a slightly different approach and players are asked to read and find the one which best suits you.
ALL players are welcome to preseason and the old saying the more the merrier certainly applies here. New players are more than welcome or even if you're not playing but just fancy getting a bit fitter head on down to Rakewood sports club on Tuesday 17th June 7pm
