Little Common Under 18’s bounced back from their midweek defeat against Newhaven to overcome Peacehaven & Telscombe 3-2 in a tight SCFL Youth Section East encounter, grabbing the winner five seconds from time. Nick Richardson and an own goal had seen the scores level before Chris Shoesmith struck with virtually the last kick of the game. Simon Tomlinson performed well for the Commoners.

A goal from Johnny Sloat couldn’t prevent Little Common Under 16’s from slipping to a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Tunbridge Wells Eagles.

Little Common Under 14’s went down 4-2 to Mid Sussex Blues despite goals from Clevis Cakici and Travis Thompson.

Newly formed Little Common Under 13’s produced a spirited display and were unfortunate to go down 4-1 to Westfield. Player of the match Aaron Bradley-Chester scored the Common goal whilst Billy Canham performed well in goal.

Little Common Under 12’s began their season with an 11-1 victory over Hurst Green. Will White 3, Hugo Corbin 2, Jared Wiltshire 2, Tyler Spice 2, Joe Skinner and Alastair Kent all found the net for Common.

Little Common Under 11’s made it two wins out of two with an 11-1 win against Hangleton Rangers. Sam Rimmer 3, Ollie Blatcher 3, Joe Skinner 3 and Dan Cleaver scored the Common goals. The Under 11’s Rovers opened their season with a 3-0 win against Hastings Cougars thanks to Harvey Faulkner 2 and Aaron Patel.
