A look ahead to this weekend's league match away at Llangefni.

After the disappointment of losing a two goal lead last week at Guilsfield, dropping two points in the process, we turn our attention to this fixture to see if we can turn 1 win in 7 in to 2 wins in 8!

Llangefni have not been on a great run themselves losing 10 of their last 12 games, with their current run of 9 straight defeats seeing them second from bottom and facing a fight to stay in the league. They currently sit 6 points adrift of third from bottom Llanrhaeadr, having played 1 game more and 1 point ahead of bottom placed Rhos Aelwyd who have 3 games in hand on the Anglesey outfit.

The two teams met at Maesdu Park back in October with Llandudno running out 5-2 winners, with Lee Thomas bagging 4 of those goals. A repeat of that score line tomorrow would be more than welcome!

As Deiniol prepares to take the team over to Llangefni for our 2.30pm league clash, I managed to catch up with him to find out his thoughts on his team selection.

He said "Once again we are without Andy Rooney and Wyn Williams for this clash. While both are still recovering from their recent knocks we are delighted to welcome 2 players back in to the fold who have been out on long term injuries. Goalkeeper Paul Whitfield is expected to get some playing time after being on the long road to recovery after his summer operation and Aaron Pritchard is also expected to feature during the game.

We are looking forward to bringing these two experienced players back to squad and the rest of the lads are delighted to see them back.

We will also be using this game as an opportunity to take a look at Jordan Neild. Jordan has been with us for a little while now but we have been unable to give him much in the way of playing time so we are looking forward to seeing him take his chance.

Although we have a few changes in personnel I'm still looking for a performance and a reaction from the boys. We might not have much to play for at the moment other than 3 points, but we have to be looking at finishing as high in the league as possible. We have to start forward planning now towards next season and these lads have to start playing their way into my plans for that.

I hope that a few of our regular fans make the short trip to Llangefni and that we can send them home with a win!"

Team selection and updates for the match will appear on our Twitter feed as they are announced.

Good luck boys!
