United left shell shocked as Bay fight back.

Llandyrnog United were left shell shocked on Saturday after conceding 3 second half goals at the hands of Kinmel Bay.
Bay now playing on Llandudno Town's new 3G pitch at Maes Du didn't feature much in the first half and United were very much in full control with Luke Farley putting Dyrny ahead with a great header at the far post to record his first 1st team goal on his first start in the early stages. Not long after Sion Davies doubled the villagers lead with a brilliant cheeky chip from just inside the 18 yard box.
Now 0-2 up Llandyrnog were in full control, although Arwel Hughes who found himself back between the sticks while number one Danny Jones is out with and ankle injury, pulled off some fantastic saves towards end of the 1st half but it was United who finished strong when Luke Farley nearly added his second and Dyrny's 3rd when he found space but his strike went agonisingly over.

As the sides went in at the break United felt the game and points were already in the bag, but Bay had other ideas.
Making two changes at half time they also changed formation and moved their centre half to up front and went 4-3-3 and opted for direct football in search to get back in the game. They didn't have to wait long and within 4 minutes of the 2nd half Robbie Dunn got Bay's 1st and put the wind in their sails.
United tried their best to clear their lines but Bay's long balls were keeping the villagers under pressure, something they hadn't faced all first half and Dyrny were now on the back foot.
Kinmel Bay got the all important equaliser on 78 minutes with a Danny Campbell strike.
Luke Farley was replaced with Craig Jones who had been rested due to bruised ribs, Jones made an instant impact and delivered a brilliant ball around the defenders into the path of Sion Davies who delivered another perfect chipped shot over the keeper and into the net only to be ruled out for offside, much to the surprise of the crowd.

United were dealt a final blow when in the 93rd minute Bay took the lead when Roy Jones somehow managed to keep the linesmans flag down and his effort found the back of the Dyrny net.
It was certainly a game of two halves and United will be feeling this defeat for a long time after leading 0-2 but will have to learn from this and bounce back.
