The Warriors have the honour of being invited to the 1st ever Mixed ability rugby world tournament to be held in Bradford in 2015 (just prior to the World Cup 2015 in England). The competition will feature teams from across Europe and will be held over 5 days: Mon 17th - Fri 21st August.

The event is set to be both prestigious in it's own right and important in the history of integrated sport. Whilst participation is always the main focus for the Warriors the club is also keen to be competitive on the field. It is hoped the tournament will generate significant media coverage and so it's important the club is well presented.

As the competition will last for 5 days it will demand a significant commitment and the club will be looking at various methods of minimising the financial contribution of those wanting to be involved - especially those who would be giving up work. This may also help players who need extra support to go away from home for this length of time. At this point touring party is limited to 30 members, however there may be additional room at a later point or at alternative accommodation. We are also happy to try and assist and family or supporters who wish to attend in organising accommodation and transport.
