Fundraising:
Q&A fundraiser to be held at Burry Port RFC with panel representing all levels rugby: On hold. Agreed to try and work around possible availability of Scott Quinnell (new President) Action - Gwilym to contact
Disco: Move of venue to Felinfoel. Next Disco 10th June. July disco is summer ball.
Bridgend DFC: touch rugby/football, how can we maximise revenue.
Presentation Evening: food/ticket in Memorial hall or buffett in Burry Port. Awards. Guests. Ticket price etc.

Lewi Board: JAMIE to ask friend if he might produce a portable Lewi board passing game. Would be good for taking to other events - carnivals, fetes etc for profile raising and fund raising.

Mouse racing in Burry Port.

Sponsorship: New sponsors brochure now available for download from the website. This includes individual player sponsorship package: players have/get individual sponsors £50. Gwilym to set up player profiles/package. 50% of player sponsorship goes to the named players' 'tour fund'.

Interest from Perthyn – possible new kit. Need other sponsors to maximise revenue.

Membership: need to keep collecting. £30 per season – joint Warriors/Burry Port sponsorship. Will include item of kit and discounted beer. JAMIE to sort item of kit - his discretion on what item is.

AGM – overdue!
Transport
Bus Driver Test: Gareth Ladd fit to sit again. Although awkward at present NEIL to coordinate.
Discussed transport. Mark Lewis driving worked very well – possibility of making it a more permanent arrangement to be? NEIL to ask (as above).
Lift share working reasonably well most of time.
Disability Sport Wales (Ribbon, Bronze, Silver and Gold) accreditation process. Need 1st aid certificates and Police check names/numbers to be added. CRB disclosure numbers required then will be complete.
Accounts: Jamie has contacted LEE & TRACIE who need to go to HSBC with proof of identity to sign papers. Confirmed signatures to be: Lee Rowlands, Tracie Lloyd and Jamie Evans with Jamie's address for correspondence. UPDATE
Burry Port have agreed to a Warriors corner/end where plaques, photos and a trophy cabinet can be placed. Suggestion – paint corner in Warriors colours. NEIL to speak to Gareth Davies about painting corner red (he may have paint) and a trophy cabinet. Need to get example of plaque to Tracey for production.
Coaching/1st aid/ref courses: via Burry Port.
Neil suggested we need a recite book asap. JAMIE to get once accounts sorted.

CONCEPT – club agreement to forward concept of mixed ability rugby.
Ability Rugby International: No new news/issues.
Cardiff match(es)/Cardiff mixed ability side – nothing recent.
