Happy New Year to all involved with Llanelli Warriors RFC

Happy New Year to all the players, committee, families, supporters, sponsors, referees and opponents involved in any way with the club.

After a quiet but successful 1st half of the season (3 games but 2 cups) the club now gears up for the 6 Nations. Traditionally this is the cub's busiest period with regular fixtures against Cefnethin, Betws and Gwlad. This season however the highlight is sure to be the rematch with the Bumble Barbarians to be played at the Bradford & Bingley Club.

Before all that it's hoped there will be a fixture against Llanelli Wanderers who are celebrating their 60th season and also a curry night.

Off field the club is set to introduce a new Code of Conduct and hopefully announce some new sponsorship.


February 5: Ireland v Wales, 3pm. Warriors fixture TBA

February 12: Wales v Scotland, 3pm. Warriors fixture TBA

February 25: Ireland v Italy, 1.30pm and England v Wales, 4pm WARRIORS TOUR TO eNGLAND


March 10: Wales v Italy, 2.30pm and Ireland v Scotland, 5pm Cefneithin v Warriors (anniversary cup)


March 17: Italy v Scotland 12.30pm, Wales v France, 2.45pm and England v Ireland, 5pm Gwlad v Warriors annual trip to Cardiff
