Please find attached the Chairman's Report to be presented at tomorrow nights Annual General Meeting to be held in Burry Port RFC.

Any votes on matters arising.
Vote for General Committee: It has been proposed that the current committee is returned en bloc (proposed Gwilym Lewis, 2nded Jamie Evans): Gwilym Lewis (Chair), Neil Parker (Sec), Jamie Evans (treasurer), Derrick Morgan (Fixture Sec), Lee Rowlands (Team Manager), Richard Evans, Darren Pollitt (Player Reps) + Captain (Currently Andrew Davies - new Captain to be voted on in new season). Any proposed committee members wanting to stand must be nominated and 2nded and a paid up member. Paid up members only have a vote.

This will then be followed by a tour meeting for the Bradford based World Mixed Ability Rugby Tournament.

Remember the FUGBY fundraiser on Saturday with various raffle prizes and an auction and all these other dates for your diary:

Saturday 20th June Fugby (half football/half rugby) fundraiser against Bridgend Disability Football Club. £1 to play, stalls, raffle (great prizes), music - Funday ALL WELCOME!! (players please try and bring a bottle or other raffle prize item). Burry Port RFC

Wednesday July 8th Warriors Summer Ball - The disco goes posh for 1 month, wear your best summer frock. £6 includes buffet. 6-9pm (carers free) at Felinfoel RFC

Saturday July 11th Llanelli Warriors v Swansea Vikings 2:30pm in Burry Port RFC.

Friday July 17th Presentation Evening - £5 ticket includes buffet and music, come along and celebrate a very special season.

Monday July 20th Eve of new season Curry Night - £10

Saturday August 1st: The new season starts with Beach Rugby Wales

Followed by Wales and Warriors World Cup Warm Ups games. The 1st Mixed Ability World Event in Bradford, The Rugby World Cup and the Warriors 20th Anniversary season.
