The Llanelli Warriors club would like to wish everybody a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Nadolig Llawen a Blwyddyn Newydd Dda oddiwrth pawb yn Clwb Rygbi Y Rhyfelwyr Llanelli.
Especially to those involved with the club; players, families, opponents, various officials and the many supporters.

2016 Highlights for the Warriors included:
Being crowned ARI Champions and awarded the trophy by Ryan Jones,
A fantastic presentation night which recognised the development of players like Simon Day, Tom Hall, Dai Haines and Tom Ashour.
Playing at the Arms Park and it being featured on Scrum V
A 1st match in Pembrokeshire
A Dinner Evening with Tom David
A fab day at Bryncethin RFCs touch tournament
The Warriors 7s and touch tournament
A double match tour of Yorkshire
Some cracking Disco nights
New players like the Trimsaran Trio; Mathew, Luke and Jordan coming on board.
Bottom line is the club played 18 fixtures in the calendar month (with two to come before the end of the year) even if only a third of them ended in victory. This is what the Warriors are about.

Tuesday 27th December 12:30 Reds v Blues.
The Annual Warriors Christmas match - Red v Blue. A chance for old playes, friends, potential players and anyone else who fancies a run alongside the current squad to have a game.
Players will be divided up into teams on the day. Plenty of banter, lots of fun and maybe some quality rugby.
Back to the clubhouse afterwards for some refreshments and more banter.
Ospreys v Scarlets on the tv as well.

The Origin Cup Match
2pm Saturday 31st December: New Year's Eve.
The Origin Cup match between the Llanelli Warriors and Burry Port. A long history to this one and a great way to round of 2016...
The Lewi Calendar is now available and will be for sale at both games alongside the Warriors wristbands.
