TRAINING TODAY IS CANCELLED due to the Scarlets match, various other commitments and The Chief banging his knee yesterday.
When watching the Scarlets please pay close attention to defensive lines and support players positioning - there may be a quiz!
Players will have a chance to do some aerobic work, coordination drills and in some cases mad jumping about on Wednesday in the monthly disco. Remember it's horror fancy dress (optional) this month and as always it's 6:30-9:30pm in EJs bar, DJ Gerbil will no doubt be laying down some phat tunes. £3 entry (carers free).
Next Sunday it's Croeserw RFC "The Bog Wanderers" away in Maesteg. New opponents and our 1st ever trip to Maesteg. The game will also be raising monies for Mencap. We great if we could take up the same sort of strong squad we've had for home matches. Travel details to come, please check back.
