First team rue missed chances
Another case of "what could have been" on Saturday as Llanfair succumb to the champions Prestatyn despite creating a hat-ful of chances
Prestatyn came as champions and Llanfair gave them the respect they deserved before kick off with a guard of honour.
On the pitch, the visitors took the lead through Maher after 22 minutes and doubled their lead after 30 minutes through Jack Lewis.
In the second half, Llanfair improved and created early chances however Prestatyn made it 3-0 through Higgins.
Prestatyn then made it 4-0 through Maher after a mix up in the Llanfair defence.
Unbelievably, after going 4-0 down, Llanfair sparked into life and created numerous one on one chances which were missed or well saved. James Davies wrongly had a goal ruled out for offside before Llanfair were awarded a penalty for handball which James converted.
