Phil Winsper has joined the First Team Coaching Staff with immediate effect .
Phil has been , and will continue to be , involved in the succesful Academy set up at Cefn Druids .

Phil brings great experience in coaching within the 14-18 age group and will be stepping into his first senior role within the Welsh Football Pyramid .

Club Secretary Kevin Richards said " It is great to have Phil on board and i am pleased the club have in place a Management Team that will give us the best possible chance of an immediate return to the 3rd Tier of the pyramid . It will also help give us more experience as we look to create teams that can provide all local footballers with the chance to progress at their hometown club . I am sure Phil can't wait to get started and we are all looking forward to the start of the Season in August ."
