2011 Division 2 & Division 4 Champions

Following the successful 2011 campaign and players meeting in September, the desire to move the Club on further this season continued. A committee meeting was held recently where the development of the Club facilities was the main agenda item. Your ideas and availability to support any initiatives set up are required.

Presentation Dinner:
Friday 23rd March at Llangwm Rugby & Cricket Club
Tickets strictly limited. Further details from Julian 891652 / 890462

Child Welfare Officer:
The Club extend its thanks to outgoing incumbent Lyn Rees for his sterling work in recent years for what is a undoubtedly a key position in any Club. The position will be filled by Chris Inward, who will further strengthen the current good practice in place.

Membership costs for the 2012 season will be confirmed at the AGM early next year. It would be helpful if these were paid before the start of the season which will allow the Committee to operate with a committed cash flow and help consolidate the Club’s development plan.

Opportunities exist for sponsorship if you know someone who can support us:
• Main Club Sponsor for 2012?
• Match sponsor?
• Ball sponsor?

Youth Cricket:
This is the life blood of the Club. Volunteers are needed to assist in the current youth structure and your input will make a positive impact on them.

The 2011 season:
Congratulations must be given to Chris Inward who established himself as a key all rounder in the Pembroke CCC team last year, with a Man of the Match performance against the South Wales Association. He follows in the footsteps of Wil Beresford with these two being the tip of an iceberg in terms of talent in the squad. The challenge for 2012 is to have more players representing Pembroke CCC...that’s up to you and your own ambitions!

Watch out for information on:
