Llan's unbeaten start to the season has come to an end against Airbus Broughton despite a valiant effort from the first team. The visitors played with confidence and quality from the start and had the home side on the back foot from the start. Connor Lee made a good save on 17 minutes from Bram McGilloway strike. On 25 minutes a Khyam Wytton header forced a good save from the Airbus keeper. Then on 27 minutes Airbus took the lead, Asa Hamilton forced the ball home after a Kristian Platt free kick was parried. Llan then nearly equalised on 33 minutes after a Tom Evans strike struck the post.

The second half force the visitors back and we found ourselves more in the game. However on 68 minutes the visitors doubled their lead after a good strike from the edge of the box. On 82 minutes a good cross from Marc Griffiths saw Iwan Matthews head wide. Then on 88 minutes Llan were awarded a penalty. Iwan's penalty was parried by the keeper but he tapped home the rebound. Game on! However with us pushing forward for the equaliser Airbus scored the third with the last kick of the game.
