Tour
The Tour dates for the tour are Friday 25th May return home on Monday 28th May.
As discussed in the last Tour meeting,The destination is the City of Kiev in the Ukraine.
All Tourists need to ensure that their Passport has at least 6 months left on it from the date of return home. Also A copy of your passport is needed by the Tour comittee asap.
Dates for Tour Payments;
£200 by Thursday 26th January.
£275 by Sunday 26th February.
Please ensure you make these payments as failure to do so will result in your place on the tour being given to someone else.
A full list of fund raising events will be published soon and all tourists are reminded that good attendance is expected and also assistance in organising / running the events is needed.
The next confirmed events are:
Saturday February 11th - USA Theme fancy Dress Night & Huw Williams leaving party.
Saturday March 31st. Live band "DEVIOUS"
Bank Holiday Sunday April 8th - Afternnon entertainment followed by Live Band "The Reason"
Saturday April 21st - Hypnotist Rod Stevens.
Six Nations rugby sweeps have also be given out and again all tourist must sell a minimum of 10.
Any fines or monies owing must be brought down to a maximum of £20 by the end of each month and this includes club tote monies. (i.e. If you owe £50 in fines/tote/events etc then you must pay a minimum of £30 by the end of the month = £20 outstanding).
Currently there is a huge amount of monies owing and all tourists are reminded that failure to pay up to date will result in them being removed from the tour party.
Those who have toured previously will know all too well that all tourist will reap the benefits whilst on tour for what sometimes may seem like a pain.
Remember the more monies raised, the bigger the kitty!!
