Actions from meeting on 4th August 2016
• Potential relocation of clubhouse - approach local councillors (Nigel)
• Review current location in view of child safety - (Officers)
• Flexibility in opening hours on a Sunday -10am for toilet and cooking facilities - (Officers)
• Curtain raisers and half time games at Senior team Fixtures - (All)
• Completed fixture list to Dave Barratt for co-ordination of above point - (Nigel - this will be next week when we have the 2s full fixture list)
• Regular progress reports on relocation to M&J Committee - (Officers)
• Support for all social events across the club starting with u16s fund raiser on September 9th. (All plus website readers)
• Quiz night teams from each age group including Seniors and Youth tba - (Ceri will be the question master!)
• Obtain San Miguel glasses (for Ted) - (Nigel has already ordered these).
• Create Tuck shop for kids, lucky bags etc. - (Chris Phillips)
• Open changing rooms on Cae Fardre on a Sunday - (Ceri)
• Training rotas to be placed on website and senior players to take occasional sessions - (All)
• Consider Happy hour every other Sunday for 2 hours e.g. 2pm - 4pm. Links to fixture lists. - (Nigel & Dave)
• Younger age groups to be allowed to use Central Park pitch agreed by Chris & Nigel.
• Coffee machine - (Chris)
Information on plans for Clubhouse improvements and changing rooms was also provided and WRU grant applied for today for clubhouse work.
PLEASE LET US HAVE ANY FURTHER IDEAS TO IMPROVE CLUBS ACTIVITIES
