Can all Coaches, Team Managers and First Aiders please either bring any current DBS forms with them or bring two forms of ID - any of two (2) of the following
Passport, Driving licence, birth certificate, HM Forces ID Card, Fire Arms Licence (UK), Adoption Certificate or Biometric Residence Permit

plus one of following

Utility bill (not mobile phone), credit card, Mortgage,bank/building society, pension, ISA, benefit or council tax statement.

Ceri Thomas Club Safeguarding Officer will be in club both evenings to confirm and current DBS forms or confirm ID and get new forms completed. At present only 12 of us have current DBS certificates and most of those run out in September or October this year.
We need all people /volunteers in these positions to have up to date DBS clearance, it also helps our WRU Audit that determines the level of grant the club gets from WRU.
