Hopefully, if the weather is kind, it will be back to football action this weekend . The First Team are due to host FC Nomads of Connah's Quay in a Premier division fixture on Saturday afternoon.

In the coming weeks Welfare have a series of games against other mid table clubs and will be looking to pick up points to ensure a good return for their efforts this season. There is a feeling that the Nomads squad has under performed this season and there have been recent managerial changes at the club with a new management team confirmed this week.

Tomorrow will be a good test for both teams and the game should be an entertaining encounter if the corresponding fixture at Wepre Park is anything to go by.

The Reserves are away to Mynydd Isa Spartans and will be hoping to continue their good form and pick up three points.

Both games kick off at 2:30pm.
