The Zoo Sports Shield Division Three clash, which has an early kick-off at 1:00pm, sees Cornish aiming to build on the positives of last weekend, when they were only beaten by a point by London Irish Nomads, who have a 100% league record.
'Club' are presently in fourteenth position, with three wins from seven games. Two of these wins have come from their three games at home so far. Cornish may be six places higher in the division, but with only two points separating the sides, this is an important match and an opportunity for the 2s to create some breathing space between the lower placed sides and themselves - indeed it would also put them within touching distance of the top four. The match will be played at Well Hall SE9 6TE not at Blackheath RFC, and the nearest station is Eltham.
The 1s, Choughs and Dukes are back in action on 5th December.
