London Cornish can confirm that Head Coaches Tom Sincock and Marc Sweeney have left their posts. The club wishes to place on record their thanks to the pair for their decent 6 season spell, which has seen Cornish rise from London 2 South-West to establish an 8th place foothold in London 1 South. The highlight was undoubtedly the unbeaten Championship winning season in 2016-17. DoR Dickon Moon adds "This has been a tough decision to reach, but I simply feel we need a new direction to maintain the upward momentum at the club. Both coaches have increasing competing interests, and since I am completely unpaid and these posts are not, I need to be taking on less responsibility rather than more. It is this emphasis that will determine who follows in their footsteps, and the hunt starts now!" With a clean broom being take to the Coaching team, Thomas Wheelock has also left the club.
