LNRFC Playas on the lookout for Players!
Press ups, sit ups, ’suicides’, you know and love them – training is back.
The club trains every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 sharp…
Our premises are at the Linford Christie Stadium, White City.
This stadium is situated off DuCane Road, near to Wormwood Scrubs prison
and the hospital. The nearest tube station is East Acton.
There are three emphases in our training sessions:
* fitness
* individual skills
* and team unit skills
The sessions last for approximately two hours. You do not need to be an experienced player; all are welcome.
We have two mini training pitches as well as the superbly maintained 1st XV pitch on which to train.
After every session a full meal is provided in the clubhouse at low cost. Players who train hard are guaranteed a game. You don’t need to contact anyone before visiting the club. Just come along and bring your kit.
