PRESIDENT’S ANNUAL DINNER
This is to confirm arrangements for the Club Annual Dinner on Friday 11th May 2012
The attached ‘Dinner’ poster provides details of this event, in respect of venue, timings etc.
Further details are as follows:
Invited guests - Professional After Dinner Speaker – Keith O’Keefe, – Female singer and entertainer – Jo Straw, and Glen Delaney, Director of Rugby, Nottingham RFC - who has kindly agreed to present the Club Awards.
Dress Code: Gents – Dinner Jackets or Lounge suits or Blazer.
Ladies – Cocktail or Evening Dress or equivalent.
Ticket price: £35 per person *
Booking a Table: Attendance is limited to 150 (10 guests per table).
Tickets can be reserved through the ‘Head of Table’ nominees: **
* No payment required at time of booking, but payable to the appropriate ‘Head of Table’ by Thursday 3rd May 2012
