Having won their semi final 3-1 on Sunday, the Blues will lock horns with FA Womens Premier League side Derby County Ladies. The Rams are currently 2 leagues above the Blues, who will end their league campaign on 1st April against promotion candidates Nettleham.

The Blues beat local rivals Sandiacre 4-0 before facing Pride Park Juniors in the semi final, with Derby County overcoming Mackworth St Francis and Alfreton Town in the semi final.

Manager Charlotte Healy said "We're immensely proud to have reached the Derbyshire FA County Cup Final. We've had a fantastic second half of the season and are excited to come up against Derby County in the final. It's a great opportunity for us to test ourselves against a team 2 divisions above us and see just how far away we are from competing at that level. We're looking to end the season well ready to hit the ground running next season and it'd be fantastic to end the season with a massive cupset and be crowned Derbyshire FA County Cup Champions!"

The final will take place at Belper Town FC on 19th April at 2pm. Admission is £2 per adult and £1 concessions- It'd be brilliant to see as many Long Eaton Utd faces down there as possible- come and support your Ladies team!
