History
Lonsdale FC play in the Essex Sunday Corinthians Football League First Division. Formed in 1974 Lonsdale have had a somewhat eventful time in there 35 years of existance. They have won many trophies and also on the flip side sucumbed to a fair few relegations in their time. With the potential to rise through the Corinthian League ever more present with a new look youthful side compared to only two seasons ago, Lonsdale look set to finally shake off what some people would call a 'traditional if only season' into a season of promotion and cup wins.
