LRFC ROOM BOOKING INFORMATION

Please note that LRFC is run by unpaid volunteers, in full time work, for the benefit of its members. Please bear in mind when making viewing and booking requests.

First step is to check the Club Calendar, on this website, to see if the date and time you want is available, then see information below.

Terms, conditions, and charges:
• The clubhouse must be left in the same condition as it as at the start of your booking.
• Any time to decorate the clubhouse (e.g., preparation the day before the event) must be included in the booking time and will be charged.
• Unfortunately, there will be charges (at clubhouse hire rate or cleaning cost) if help is needed to setup or return the clubhouse to normal state.

There are different rates/charges for LRFC Members and Non-members:

Non-members
• There is a minimum charge of £75 for clubhouse booking
• Due to our licencing arrangements, we cannot host evening or night-time teenage parties.
• Clubhouse hire £15/hour (does not include bar hire) for basic use.
• 50% deposit needed to confirm booking

Bar hire
• Bar with singular bar staff £10/hour
• Bar with larger numbers of guests/requirements will be charged at appropriate rates thereafter. Any setup or clean away times may incur additional charges.

Members
• For the mini and Junior sections, event requests must be made by the club member, e.g., coach or parent, who will be responsible for the event.
• Clubhouse hire £10/hour

Bar hire
• Bar with singular bar staff £7.5/hour
• Bar with larger numbers of guests/requirements will be charged at appropriate rates thereafter. Any setup or clean away times may incur additional charges.

Pitch Hire:
• Pitch hire no lights £25/hour
• Pitch hire with lights £35/hour

The prices listed are correct at time of writing in June 2022, but can change without notice depending on economic circumstances or specific booking needs.

OTHER INFORMATION
Bookings MUST be confirmed in writing with the deposit within 1 week of the verbal booking. If this does not happen then the room will be released and available for hire.
If the bar is required after 11pm, persons hiring the club must pay for the application for a late license at club discretion.
If you require the use of our bar, this will be at an additional cost dependant on amount of guests and length of booking.
