AGM will be on the 27th of March 7.30-9.30. Agenda and nomination forms to be sorted soon. Any proposed changes to club running need to be sent to me 21 days before the AGM. Preferably before the next commitee meeting on the 5th to allow it to be discussed in advance of the AGM. There will be a separate EGM at the close of season to close out the accounts for the year, however we are hoping that by moving the AGM forward more of you guys can attend.
