At the AGM held on Wednesday 4th May, it was agreed that because of the non attendance of the Club Treasurer, Andy Kirk, we could not review and agree the Financial Statements for the year 2015 to 2016.

The accounts have now been finalised and are ready to be presented to members for review.

Therefore, at the committee meeting held last week it was agreed that all members are invited to attend the EGM, to be held in the Clubhouse on Thursday 28th, July to commence at 8.30pm - this allows the pre season training to take place and then the participating players would be able to attend.

The Agenda for the meeting is -

1. Review and sign off Financial Statements for year 2015 to 2016

2. Status report on Club Refurbishments

There will be no AOB at this meeting but time will be available for general discussions afterwards.

Should any member have any specific issues that they wish to raise during the meeting, other than those detailed above, then under the terms of the Club's Constitution, they must be notified in writing to the Club's Secretary (yours truly) within 14 days of the EGM ie on or before 14th July along with the signatures of 20 supporting members.
