The U21s have arranged a friendly against Rothley Imps (away) on Thursday 16th Feb. Having not played a competitive game since January 7th this will be a tough test and is vital preperation for the next league game away at Nuneaton Griff on Sat 18th Feb. Game abandoned after 58 minutes! After the first game between these two teams back in December was abandoned due to floodlight failure before a ball was even kicked, this ill fated tie was abandoned yet again with just short of an hour played when.............the floodlights failed!!! The two sides will now reconvene at the end of the season - probably with a daytime game! |
