Summer Cup 2013
This years event will take place at the New Home of the Juniors Charnwood College
We are pleased to invite you, to participate in our tournament “The Summer Cup” The entries are on a first come, first serve basis and the age groups will be for 2013/14 season.
The under 7s and 8s will play friendly games, all other age groups will initially play a league basis , then into knock out rounds. Please note No Academy Teams are allowed and only three players at Academy or Schools of Excellence level are allowed per team at under 10 and below.
Saturday Under 7s & 8s will play 5v5, squad limited to 9 players
17th Under 11s & 12s will play 9v9, squad limited to 14 players
Under 14s & 16s will play 11v11 squad limited to 16 players
Sunday Under 9s & 10s will play 7v7 squad limited to 12 players
18th Under 12s & 13s will play 9v9 squad limited to 14 players
Under 15s & 13s will play 11v11squad limited to 16 players
The cost per team: £45 11v11 / £35 9v9 / £30 7v7 and £25 5v5
The games will be: 24 mins for the 11v11/ 16 mins for 9v9 & 7v7 and 12 mins for 5v5
The tournament start times and rules will be sent closer to the event, as always hot food and drinks will be available and various stalls throughout the weekend.
A VIP (local City football) if available will be presenting the trophies after the finals
First Aid cover will be provided by Lifeline Medico LTD
Coaches by arrangement please, Car parking will be free but a £1.00 per adult entry fee onto the tournament site will be collected at the gate.
