Proposed Tour to West Wales 2012
Weekend Fri March 16th – Monday 19th March 2012
Family Information & Response Required
Following the success of last year’s Under 8’s and Under 11’s teams visit to Bluestone and matches against Narberth RFC, it is proposed we repeat the tour but give all Junior Teams the opportunity of attending with plenty of notice.
We are proposing to visit the Bluestone Park in West Wales on the above dates and have secured an excellent price of £199 for a family of four. I am sure if you have not already heard or experienced the accommodation is first class and is on a self catering basis, last year families took food and drink down with them to help keep down costs. (such as breakfast items and snacks).
There is an upgrade available to the Ramsey 2 storey lodge for just £10 extra.

We have chosen the dates as this is ‘Super Saturday’ for the the Six Nations Championship the last day of the tournament where all nations compete back to back.
On the Sunday we expect to play matches at all age groups obviously gauging numbers attending to field a side at Narbeth RFC.
There will be other details of added events to follow however at this stage we require a firm indication from all families and age groups of numbers interested to attend.
Please complete the form attached to indicate your wish to attend and acknowledgement of a deposit to be paid of £60 per lodge. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We will endeavour to conduct some fund raising activities in the lead up to assist with costs of coach travel, tour t shirts etc.
