Are you inspired by upcoming British Lions Tour to get back into rugby?

Lowestoft & Yarmouth RUFC is launching the Return to Rugby programme in May with the club ready and waiting to help players return to the game. In short, the Return to Rugby programme is a coaching and playing programme that provides a safe and enjoyable reintroduction to rugby for players who are inspired to return to the game. So if you want to participate, or you know someone who you think will want to participate, then do something now!

These sessions are totally aimed at having some fun, possibly getting a little fitter and as a gateway to see if you might fancy playing for one of the Lowestoft & Yarmouth rugby sides sometime in the future.

You do not need to have any prior rugby playing experience and no need to fear, there is no plan to get physical at this stage.

So if you are aged between 18 and ….. come join us: its free!

Out first session is on Tuesday 9th May 2016 at 7.30pm at Gunton Park. Lowestoft and Yarmouth Rugby Football Club will also be running subsequent sessions each Tuesday evening from 1900-2100 on the following dates:

Tuesday 16th May
Tuesday 23rd May
Tuesday 30th May
Tuesday 6th June
Tuesday 13th June
Tuesday 20th June
Tuesday 27th June
