Training Arrangements:-

Training continues to take place every Tuesday & Thursday night during November at Brownlow Rec / Craigavon Leisure Centre from 6.45pm to 8.15pm.
The venue is booked from 7pm - 8pm but please arrive 15 minutes early for a crucial warm up & allow for a similar 15 minute cool down period afterwards.
It is very important that we maximize this opportunity to improve player fitness and skill levels and in turn then reap the benefits on match days.
Note that Training may be moved to an alternative venue any night if adverse weather conditions prevail and the Leisure Centre facility is not available. Team managers will contact all players in advance.
