Give it a go - Luton Town Hockey Club is back, bigger and better than ever for the new season!

It is time to venture back out into the arena, dust off those boots, dig out those shinpads, bring that stick out from the back of the garage! As the new season begins, Luton Town Hockey Club returns, with a brand new social event that looks to get everyone back playing and enjoying their hockey!

On the 6th September, President’s Day will be born! This new completely free entry event, looks to bring the world of hockey to the members of the public, and of course, you, our members. Come on down and “Give it a Go”.

Schedule of Play:

  • The day will start from 10am with our Junior Section having their Open Day. This will involve lots of activities to get you interested in Hockey, including games for parents to get involved with!
  • From 11.30am we will then hold our Senior Open Day, again like the Junior one, our coaches will look to give you an understanding of Hockey and how to play it.
  • Then from 1.30pm onwards we have our showpiece events, with the best Luton Town has to offer. To start a friendly for our Men’s 1st XI, which will then be followed by our Ladies 1st XI competing in a friendly, with the event finally ending at 5pm.

Anybody and everybody is welcome!
Any age, any ability, anybody and everybody is more than welcome to come down and “Give it a Go”.

Everything you need, right in front of you!
Changing facilities are available along with toilets. Food and refreshments will be available throughout the entire day. Stalls will be populated by hockey shops and local businesses, everything that you need is pitch side. There’s no excuse not to come down and have some fun, so why don’t you just “Give it a Go
